What's the difference between two log file locations for Qlik Sense? Our users are confused

Hi all,

As far as I know Qlik Sense stores the log files in following locations:

1. C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log

2. C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs

What's the difference between the two? Obviously Archived logs suggests old files but our users don't know at which point does files from C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log get transffered to C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs?

Also, where should you look when analysing log files?

There is the following folders:

• Audit
• System
• Trace

I am not sure which folder to look in for analysing things. What's the difference in data for each folder?
