Whatever number in month of November should appear in month of December as a previous row in Pivot Table

As per customer requirement, we have to calculate Retention Rate, the logic of calculating Retention rate is the number of unique seller who does sale in Month of December the number of unique seller is recruited in Month of November.

When we apply following expression in Table and KPI, it will give the expected result but when we apply same expression in Pivot Table, it will not give the expected result.
Expression we used to get that expected result : sum({<Month=>}[TL_Seller Id]))
