While creating connection facing issue "*** PerformDiagnosis found a problem: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

Hi Team,

Need your help on below issue, below are the details.


Qliksense Version: -June 2018 (12.26.1)


NPrinting Version: - June 2018 (18.19.6.0)

Issue: - *** PerformDiagnosis found a problem: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.


While creating connection in NPrinting Server facing above issue, we already validated below points:-

  • Firewall ports are open both the side as per qliksense documents.
  • Connectivity between Qliksense and NPrinting is working as expected,we are able to ping the server on both the sides also ports are open and connected

Hi Team,

Issue is fixed after adding process account user in User tab, once user is available please assign ROOTADMIN rights to process account user.
