just downloaded latest version of sense server
made sure i removed and uninstalled all previous installations and all directories
made sure no certificates ware left after removing
made sure no folders or files remaind
made sure all services ware removed
restarted my pc (win 10 with 16GB ram)
installed the sense server
install went smooth
supplied it with all the user accounts necessary (local admin), shared folders, and databases it required
install said finished successfully
restarted my pc
checked all services ware up and running
checked all certificates ware created
but still couldn't not connect to either hub nor qmc
msg:
localhost refused to connect.
seen all the post about proxies and certictaes and it didnt help
please someone can you help????

did you try to access it by ip?
yes
its on local machine
it didnt help
also made sure firewall is off
still no good
check port 80 and 443 whether accessed by any other service
i checked
they are not

Do you have Skype installed in the machine?
Make sure that the Firewall is Off ..
Question, is SQL server installed on the same machine? We had similar issue and sql was tying up the ports.
no skype and firewall is off
Do you have any error message in the Windows System Event logs like:
Event 6037 LsaSrv
hmm sql is indeed installed on the same machine
but im not sure it does somthing with the same ports
and it is needed so i cant remove it, how can i check if it interfere with the port? and if yes how can i change it?
