how to check the extensions used in the apps on the Qliksense farms

Hi,

in my company there are a lot of app developers  and it is real difficult to monitor wich extensions they have used. We would like import more extensions in out farms, but we are afraid to loss control of them and to get problems for future Upagrades.

Is there a way to know wich apps use extensions and what extensions they use ?

Thank you for the answer but what we need is to know which app or apps use every extension. e.g  We need to know that extension1 is used by App X or/and  that App X uses Extension1 and Extension10
