"This webpage is not available" on opening QlikSense QMC or Hub

Dear Team,

I have installed QlikSense server in my system successfully.

But upon opening the either QMC or Hub, I am getting "Page not found" error.

Here with I have attached the Log.zip with logs file from my server.

Please Help.
