Hi Folks - I am unable to access the QlikSense hub or the QMC thru web browser.
I can however access it when I RDP to the server and launch it locally thru the short cut or also thru the web browser.
Will appreciate any pointers to fix it.

When you say unable - do you see an error? or just nothing displays? How are you and where are you trying to access from, is this in LAN or is qlik in the cloud such as AWS?
Hi Barry - The installation in on AWS Server, and I am connected to the AWS. When I RDP to the Server and launch it from the Hub/QMC Desktop icon, it works. But when I try the same URL thru IE or Chrome, it does not works. While doing do, I AM still on the AWS. Which technically is LAN.

Check your security groups and whether or not the machine that you are running the browser is allowed to access the qlik server (specifically the HTTPS/HTTP and windows authentication ports). I gather you are trying to use the browser that is on the same machine that you rdp from. If so you'll have a rule that allows RDP but may not have on for the other ports.
Check the Windows Firewall
