will it create any issue,if i uninstall qliksense enterprise?

Hi All,

I have already install Qliksense server and assigned license to user.

Due to some issue and unable to open qlik sense server.

i want to uninstall qliksense server.

will the total license count get reduce?

Only if you wiped out everything that including the database, data and certs, BUT NOTE! this will delete everything! apps, content, etc.  Now the question, can you elaborate the "Due to some issue and unable to open qlik sense server." maybe we could help you whats that error and no need to wiped out the QS server environment.

There is no app in qlik sense server.

We are unable to login in qmc,because of qlik sense service got locked by windows team.Any how they will unlock this service account.

But the problem is monitoring apps are not running.In the log file,  Error http 401 unauthorized is showing. That's the reason am asking.

Okay, well uninstall Sense for a Ops monitor app failing, wont fix the underline issue in my opining. anywasy for the error 401 Unauthorized, have you had the chance to search the Qliks KB's?  Here is the location:

For th eMonitoring Apps, please chek that the user qlogs_reader is correctly created, this User account is used by the  monitoring apps to read from the database.

Issue solved by updating service account user name and password in data connection (opened edit script and updated not in qmc)
