Decimal value checking

I have a decimal field in my sql database which has some default hardcoded decimal value(-0.01) to denote null

,how can check that hardcoded decimal value in tmap expression .If the hardcoded decimal value (-0.01)comes,i should move 0.00 to output variable expression field.could you please help!!
