Hi,
I am using Talend Stduio Version 8.0.1 Build R2022-04.
Every time Talend Studio crashes and closed in few seconds after launch
Tried increasing memory in Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.ini (contents copied below), but that didn't help either.
Attached workspace\.metadata\.log too
Please help with this issue ASAP.
Thanks
Mahmood

Hello,
We are suspect that there is something corrupt in your workspace.
Could you please check if the workspace is located under the studio installation folder and then Close Talend Studio > Go to your Talend Studio install folder > create the new workspace folder > Re-launch Studio with a new workspace?
Feel free to let us know if it is OK with you.
Best regards
Sabrina
I tried defining new workspace, but the issue still there.
Hello,
Have you tried to reinstall your studio to see if it helps? Have your studio V 8.0.1 ever started up successfully before?
Best regards
Sabrina
Yes it was working fine earlier.
Just wondering no details for why its crashing in log? and no other option to identify and fix the issue without installing?
Hello,
I don't find the root cause from the error log you attached before. Is there any more error message in your error log?
Here is online documentation about: TalendHelpCenter: Compatible Operating Systems
Please let us know if you are on a compatible platform.
Best regards
Sabrina
