Talend and RabbitMQ connection error

I am trying to connect RabbitMQ within talend ESB studio and followed below link

but I am keep getting error that channel is closed. could you please help me to resolve this error? 

I have created connection like :

"rabbitmq://localhost:5672/Q1?username=guest&password=guest&queue=hello" 

Connection : 

RabbitMQ server:

just as idea - may be quest no a best choice for tests?

do You have same error with admin?

now , I am able to send and receive messages after I changed exchange parameters.
