[resolved] tServiceNowInput component returns a random number of records

Hi All,
  I begin to check the ability to get data from ServiceNow and drew attention 
 to a strange problem - tServiceNowInput component returns a random number of records. 
 I changed the limit property to 0 , but it not helped.
 Somebody faced a similar problem? 
 My feeling is that the connection holds for about a minute but no error message.
 I will be grateful for any help you can provide.

Could you please give us your job setting screenshots? Have you already checked component reference about:TalendHelpCenter:tServiceNowInput?

Hi Sabrina,
  Before I started creating this job, I checked the link to  tServiceNowInput component.
I attached five screenshots of sn_customerservice_case table input job.
The table contains 66359 rows.
The first run get 6726 rows in 62.34s
The second run get 6636 rows in 61.97s
The third run get 6718 rows in 62.84s
The forth run get 6523 rows in 62.86s
The fifth run get 7054 rows in 61.8s

I found the problem. It was the  glide.soap.request_processing_timeout parameter of ServiceNow, by default it equals to 60 sec.

Hi I am trying to access the Incidents table. but getting the below attached error. Connection is Ok but while accessing the table, it is throughing an error. Please let me know how you are able to access the data?
