Adding remote URL/HTML links in Tooltip

I need to add the google map URL based on the latitude and longitude I have in data. If I hover over one data point in geo map, the tooltip should be shown with the URL. 

As we add any other dimensions in the tooltip using set expressions, can we add the URL ? 

Can we concatenate the URL in the HTML format with the lat/long column?  Is set expressions in Qlik supporting HTML ?

All popup behaves the same way in Sense, open at mouse over and stay for while. The popups can't have links. I recommend showing a table next to the map with links at selection instead.
