Can I aggregate the points along a route?

I have a situation where I have numerous GPS points along a route to create a route. I have a points for every km or so along the route.

When attempting to display this as a line layer in GeoAnalytics, I am limited to 20k lines, but I would like to display more than that.

These are driving routes, so they are specific.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
