I use the url example like https://<publicip>:<geoport>
It cann't show the map that bring form qlik geo server.
The map server has to be visible to the client's web browser and the certificate has to be be valid (not self-signed)
Test with https://yourserver.com:port/ravegeo/status, should return "ok"
Thanks,
Patric
When I have tested on the Qlik Server, It has ran completly.
with https://servername.com:port/ravegeo/status
But on the client's web browser is used for the public IP for the access
Example like "https://2xx.2xx.2xx.2xx/hub"
So it means https://2xx.2xx.2xx.2xx.com:port/ravegeo/status don't show on the client browser.
That's why the client's web browser show the error.
Does it cause on installation process. Because we use servername on installation Qlik GeoAnalytic Server?
The customer has Qlik Sense Enterprise& Qlik Geoanalytics on the same machine.
Sorry Patric
With this IP. https://yourserver.com:port/ravegeo/status return "ok" but It'not working on the map.
The map server must be accessible from the client browser with a valid certificate. Otherwise the clients browser will not be able to connect and retrieve the maps. Your network with the public ip must be organized to allow for that.
Depending on the setup, the doc below might be useful.
Thanks,
Patric
