GeoCoding - How to improve matchlevel?

Hello community,

the addresses in China are all on matchlevel 0,75 altough I have a street and housenumber.

What is your idea how can I increase the matchlevel for China, Korea, etc…?

Addresses are hard, the format varies by country. The advice besides the general tips is to test some address so the formatting is right you can test by going to https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html and do a search.

We are using Esri on the backend and there are not many more hints for better matches in China than to include CHN as country code and always include city. https://community.esri.com/t5/data-management-questions/address-locator-for-chinese-address/td-p/196...

I've seen few examples of matches to street level so maybe the quality is not better than that. Match level is the difference between the input string and output address.
