Map - incorrectly rendering points by US state code

I have data mapped and selected Country = US and ADM 1 AREA.  However the geoanalytics area and chart layers are rendering in the wrong area.   It looks like my area and chart for Hawaii are no where close to the island.  Anyone experiencing this with QS November 2018 Patch 2 and Geoanalytics November 2018?

All the charts have the same axis and are placed in the middle of the point. In this case all other states gets displaced because of the high value in Alaska.

Try use the new map chart, as of Nov18 there is a chart layer (based on QGA) which centers the chart in a better way.
