Description:

Show the search box on the "Publish Task" section to all the users who can actually  see the task list (without giving them the rights to create Publish Tasks)

Current behaviour:

Currently, you'd need to give users at least "Create" (on the "Publish Tasks" user rights) as a requirement to let users see the search box.

Reason behind the change:

We believe this change would make the User Experience less confusing to the end users. We were actually concerned this could be a bug of this version, but Qlik Support confirmed it's working as expected and addressed us to Qlik Ideas.

I'd really love to have a bit more flexibility in the UI to allow different kinds of users in the NPrinting console.

This could go very well along with a session-saved filters when you do searches in the NPrinting Web Console, it is very annoying to reset filters every time you move back and forth between windows!
