How to enable Qlik apps on cloud for insight advisor chat ? The app already has insight advisor logical model built & works well on enterprise version.)
Despite enabling both App capabilities options (as per screenshot below option of - Insight advisor in hub ) it does not work from hub. However, it works from within the app.
For same app, insights from hub works on enterprise version, For cloud does not work.
Any suggestions?
Hello @nik0580 - Is this a large application? I've found a reliable way to test this by using the following steps :
If that works, then the application simply requires more time (a couple of minutes) to profile the application when you load the entire data model.
Hi @Nasser_Bumpus - It works well after reloading app from shared and personal space but it does not work for apps in Managed space. Any idea or plans for making chat available also from app published in managed space with section access?
You may be seeing complexity from having both section access and a managed space @nik0580 !
I'd suggest asking our Support team to confirm the desired behavior from sample questions you may already have on hand. Insight Advisor does work within Managed spaces, with different behavior depending on how granular you are defining the access to parts of the data model.
