Extremely slow job build time

On a Windows platform, with TOS-ESB-6.5.1 (same issue with 6.4.1) having a very slow time running jobs.

No firewall or virus scanner is running.  Note the machine does not have internet access.

If I create a new simple job   "tFixedFlowInput -> tLogRow" - it can take 1 minute to run the job.  Most of the time in the "Building Job -> Finalizing Build"

The only thing I can see in the logs is some warnings "WARN org.eclipse.m2e.core.internal.embedder.EclipseLogger - The POM for org.apache.cxf:cxf-rt-transports-http:jar:3.1.14 is missing, no dependency information available"

 The jar exists, and there is a POM in it...  It seems to wait 20 seconds before trying again.  Any ideas?

What's your RAM in your machine? Are you able to execute your job successfully in your studio? What's JDK version you are using?

Hi Sabrina,

I have 8GB RAM.  The job does successfully execute.  More complicated jobs take longer to build, but they are still successful.

On JDK 1.8.0_102

Have you tried to allocate more memory for your studio?

Thanks, yes it helped a lot!  I'm surprised that building a simple job needs the larger memory allocations.  Now the job builds in less than 5 seconds.  I think when I upgraded I must have overwritten the .ini
