Talend 7.3 not able to download external modules jar files

We've recently upgraded to Talend 7.3 Data Management Platform.

However, with the new Talend 7.3 studio, not able to download the external module jar files.

The prompt to download external jar is showing error : Network in unavailable, please fix it , and the download button is disabled.

Please refer the snapshot for the error details.

We're using proxy and the proxy is also added in the General --> Network Connections. Still its not working.

Could anyone please help with this.

Hello Team,

Go to Window -> Show view and search for "Internal Web Browser". This can be used to check it is possible to access https:///www.talend.com from the Internal web browser. To download jar files required by components while the machine can access the Internet.
