API Connectivity issues

HI, 

I have an API set up on a Host system to connect into Qliksense to retrieve information from table. It used to work but now it doesn't.

When the Host system connected to Qliksense it said it needed an access pass. 

There was an issue with licence so i refreshed this and the websocket is showing as connected. but now when the host system connects it times out. 

Does anyone have any ideas why?

Hi @PaulaMc , could you please explain which APIs your host system is calling? If websocket connection is ok, it times out I supposed due to the timeout configuration on your Virtual Proxy.
