API: cors problem and function ExportImg

Good morning,

I have 2 problems:

1) we are try to using the function  ExportImg.

When I call then function the API's response return an error: {status: "Failed", error: "Empty result"}

For example: response.png

2) when I try to draw a chart, I have this error in console 

For example: cors.png

Pia is the DNS of QLIK  server and in console  management the domains/ip are in white-list and cross-origin in allows in headers for all.

Someone with this problem? how to resolve?
