Access Denied for Reload button

Greetings!!! 

I'm having an issue where a Reload button (Vizlib) in Published App is giving access denied for all users except App owner.

I know & I have created the Security Rules as follow 

App*,App.Object_*,DataConnection*,ReloadTask*  for Read, Update 
using the following condition
((user.name="Nagarajan, Dineshkumar" or resource.id="********-****-****-****-******" ))

this works fine but can you guys lemme know why the below condition is not working

((user.name="Nagarajan, Dineshkumar") and (resource.id="********-****-****-****-******"))

Hi Priya,

Thanks for replying.

Yes I have checked those solutions.

The first one is enabling a user granted access to all the apps which I dont want at all

Second one works only within the developer group, contributors can't do the reload.

I need a way to allow all user having reload access to a specific App. Lemme know if you can help with that. Thanks !
