Hello! I am trying to add an mp4 video stored in an aws bucket. I am using the Video player from the Qlik Visualisation bundle, but it says that the format is not supported. Can someone help me on this please? I have read something about a Content Security Policy that i have to edit in order to add mp4 videos, but i can't find this section in QMC.
Hi @Mazilinho, I've tried to add an mp4 video to an S3 bucket and then import in my sample app. It works fine. Can you confirm that you are using Qlik Sense Enterprise version? If so, which version? Can you check if you have any browser console error when insert video url in extension properties? Can you share the link of your video, so I can test on my side.
You may need to adjust your Content Security Policy to allow mp4 videos to be added. Unfortunately, I'm unfamiliar with the specifics of QMC and where to find this section, but perhaps someone else in the forum can help you.
