Create user (POST/v1/users) returns Status 403

Hi,

I  am getting Status 403 error when I tried Create user (POST/v1/users) API. List Users(GET/v1/users) works fine.

Is this because I am trying out with Free trial account?

Hi @fujitat 

Could you share the command that you're sending, and confirm that the user or oauth client making the request has the "TenantAdmin" role assigned?

To my knowledge, user creation should work on trials and evals just as it works on subscriptions.
