Data not getting refreshed in the drop down menu

Hi everyone,

I have created a simple mashup in qlik sense 3.1 sr4 using bootstrap template (https://startbootstrap.com/template-overviews/sb-admin-2/) I have kept filter objects in the drop down menu. When I refresh the page the, if I load after the page has been loaded, I am unable to see any value in the filter object.

But when I click on the drop down while the page is being loaded, the data is visible and i can make selections.

What could be the possible reason for this problem . Any help is appreciated . I have also attached the zip file containing the mashup for further reference. Being new to mashups and web development I may have missed out on something .

I have used Consumer_Sales app available with qlik sense 3.1 sr4.
