Date range Picker not working

Hi All,

For date range picker we are using below extension.

Our date format is as per attachment.

In our case date range is not working.Could you please assist me.

your format date before the loading looks like what?

because in your attachment you have 35xxx which is number date format.

can you share me the format date in the source?
