Delimiter separator

i am converting  test.csv(txt,delimiter is '|')  but unable to do so in qlik sense but unable to convert it

files contain delimiter in columns like coma, colon etc how to remove it while loading the data from external etls tool in Informatica and after loaded rollback to original coma and all
