Disapearing Extensions

Hi

I have a strange situation on our few servers.  

last week we had a big problems with virtual servers then we had to restored all on few machines and I have discovered that few of extensions disapeared,  it was not visible in qmc and also was deleted from Extension folder (this folder was not restored as we use shared folders) in one case we had also extension in qmc but was deleted from shared folder.

this we could see on few machines, the strange thing is that always just few of extesions was deleted, there was no logic which few.

Any idea what could be a problem ?

my thinking is that first it disapeared from repository and then some qlining process has delete the fisical files.

in this works like that,   still the question why it disapeared from repository. and just few of them.
