Does Sense April 2018 allow anonymous download in QAP?

Hi everyone,

I notice that the April 2018 version of Sense claims to allow anonymous downloading of data.  Can anyone tell me whether this also applies to mashups on the QAP server?  At present, I have implemented a node.js workaround.
