Editing a default table extension

Hello,

Is there any way to edit one of the default extensions ? I want to make some visual and functional adjustments to the "table" extension.

no, this is definitely not supported in any way right now.

Are there any alternatives? because I couldn't embed the datatables jquery plugin successfully in any way.

I'm currently using qlik sense 2.1.1
