Extension Error - Extension Automatically It's Removed

Hello,

in our Qlik Sense Server we have an extension called "qlik-button-for-navigation", the problem its that every sunday night this extension its removed automatically. We dont know why this is happening, if its neccesary more information, ask me for it.

I am also facing same situation for Trellis Container Extension.

It's automatically remove from Server.
