Filter doesn't appear on mash-up sometimes

Hello guys,

we've got a mash-up working well, but sometimes users don't have their selection appearing on the selection bar : 

On this example, there is a selection on Sales Date, but this selection isn't replicate in the selection bar.

Any idea how to correct this?
