Help with Auth0 Groups Passing Through to Qlik

Hey All, We are trying to use Auth0 as our iDP in Qlik, but we're running into the issue that group information is not being passed through an Azure tenant once a successful sign in takes place. Accounts themselves work fine, but there's no group info. Things we have set/tried:

• Ensured new group creation is set in the Qlik settings
• Made sure the Azure connection is required to send groups
• Added groups as a claim from Auth0 to Qlik

I've reached out to both Auth0 support and Qlik Support and neither one seems to know how to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Do the groups appear correctly on the user in Auth0 (i.e. are they definitely landing in Auth0 prior to Qlik getting the claim)?

Have you used the api/v1/diagnose-claims endpoint on the tenant to troubleshoot what Qlik is receiving from the IdP and how it's interpreting it?
