Image is not rendering while using "Download Sheet as PDF"

Hi Team,

Facing an issue while trying to Download Sheet as PDF. I'm using Custom extension to visualize an image but it is not visible in the exported pdf. I tried many methods suggested in the community, but none of them is working for me.

it worked in the Qlik Sense 2019 version. I updated to Qlik Sense May 2021 then its not working

Tried method:
