Missing Qlik Extensions

We have been having issues with our production system lately since we installed the Qlik Sense May 2022 - 14.67.7 release. Some of the inbuilt Qlik Extensions seems to be missing.

We reinstalled these twice and this is the third time, the extensions are missing all of sudden.

I am really not sure what’s going on but I would need some urgent help to fix the problem as it has been blocking users from generating reports and dashboards for their day today work.

@David_Friend I did take a look at the post but it doesn't help. I removed all the "v"'s in the manifest file , restart the system but i cannot see those extensions which were removed.
