Pulling data from Salesforce

Hi All,

I want to pull data from Salesforce into Qlik(Either QV/QS). I request our community members to help me with below questions.

1. Is it good to pull data from salesforce into Qlik directly(using connector) OR Loading data from Salesforce  to  a Datawarehouse (applying ETL) and then load data into Qlik.

2.Pros and Cons of both approaches
