Webchat hub: I could not recognize you. Could you please request your admin to give access
Hi,
I have installed and configured Qlik Insight Bot. When I am trying to use webchat through hub, I am getting a message: "I could not recognize you. Could you please request your admin to give access"
After checking Qlik Insight Bot Engine logs, I found this error. Can someone please help resolve this? I have created "Qlik Insight Bot Administrators" group in windows and allocated required members to it. My webchat service and qlik sense is installed on the same server.
