Python "Execute" command not working (QS Feb 2019)

Hello:

I am trying to execute a python script from QS (Feb 2019) load editor. 

The settings.ini file has the following settings:  

[Settings 7]
StandardReload=0
OverrideScriptSecurity=1
AllowExecuteCommand=1

Load script:

vPythonPath = "C:\{full path}\python.exe";
vPythonFile = "C:\{full path}\Python_Script_Name.py";

Execute $(vPythonPath) $(vPythonFile);

On Load Data, the following error pops us:

Started loading data

Execute

The following error occurred:

The handle is invalid.

The error occurred here:

Execute

Data has not been loaded. Please correct the error and try loading again.

Any thoughts?
