Qlik Insight bot Issue

It seems that the surprise me function of Qlik Insight Bot is not working.

Does anyone has any ideas about the issue, thanks!

hello,

Your engine or your bot service with port must be runable on browser 

for eg. 192.168.1.1:4443 webchat url

192.168.1.1:4444 engine url

you have to run all service related QIB

Hello,

It seems your bot don't have enough data to work on surprise me keyword.Please restart your webchat service and try again with same keyword and also train your bot
