On version 1.1 it's available under Qlik Sense Repository Service API/API paths/All paths at https://help.qlik.com/sense/1.1/en-US/developer/#../Subsystems/RepositoryServiceAPI/Content/Reposito...

It's very useful to have it, as the regular documentation doesn't list all the APIs that Repository Service API provides.
