Qlik Sense Hub is not accessible

Hello,
Qlik Sense Hub is not accessible using  URL"https://dashboard.clarisity.com/hub" facing the error "The proxy was unable to load balance any of the engine services. Refresh your browser or contact your system administrator." please find below screenshot for your reference,

But I am able to access the QMC URL"https://dashboard.clarisity.com/qmc" which is also in same server please find below screenshot for your reference,

Is it a newly configured system or has it worked before?

I'd start by checking the virtual proxy configuration to verify that the virtual proxy is correctly associated with a proxy. Then I'd have a look in the engines section of the QMC to check if the engine are running as expected.

Yes It has worked before
