I am creating some visual extension for the Qlik Sense applications with js. I am curious if I could build backend for it as well in qlik sense architecture?
Qlik Sense act as a service, (server) so is it possible to create backend for extension and run it on same server (service) as qlik sense?
Why? So that you don't need extra architecture, maintenance checking if service is running (if qlik sense is running, then your backend is running,...) and has same domene as extension (for CORS problems,...)
I would need this to get access to database inside a extension. If there is a better and easier way, please let me know.
