You can use Section Access to limit access to data for users.

i want on table level and not data

And what do you mean by table? If you are refering to a table object in the UI you could probably use a calculation condition for that.

Or possibly a combination: Section Access limits the access to the data, calculation condition hides the table if the user does not have access to data.
