User authorization fails.

What could br the reason ? Logs and trace are not hrlping much.

Hello @Shahid_R ,

Due to the fact that QS April 2019 is no longer supported, we strongly suggest upgrading to a supported version. 

Please let us know if the issue persists after upgrading.
