To upgrade qliksense June 2020 from Nov 2018

Hi,,

 Can you help me ?

Here I have to take care of the maintenance of a Qlik Sense app whose version is that of November 2018.

I would like to install the June 2020 version, when I run the setup.exe 2020, it offers me either REPAIR or UNINSTAL? Can we Upgrade qliksense Nov 2018 to Jun 2020 directly or in between any version we need to do it ? or the old version must be uninstalled before the new one?

Hey @Liliqlik ,

in the past I had a similar issue when the installation got corrupted.
In my case, I was able to determine it checking inside Control Panel: Qlik Sense was NOT listed at all.
I repaired the base version (in your case, November 2018) and then I was able to upgrade to latest release.
