Issue
Using narrowcasting to display Qlik sheets on TV monitors results in text-image objects rendering incorrectly. Instead of showing the expected content, the display shows an error message stating “Unknown chart – text image”. The issue appears to be specific to the narrowcasting display, as the objects work correctly when viewing the sheets in a normal browser window.

Has anyone encountered this specific “Unknown chart – text image” error when using narrowcasting devices?
Are there any workarounds or configuration settings that need to be adjusted to display these objects on narrowcasting devices?
Additional context
The issue consistently occurs with all text-image objects.
Other visualisations on the same sheet seem to display correctly.
Having the same issue with text-image objects showing "Unknown chart - text image" error when using narrowcasting on TV displays. Other visualizations work fine. Has anyone found a solution? Would appreciate any help!
