We are trying to implement email alerts for all the failure tasks in qliksense qmc but not able to success

We are trying to implement email alerts for all the failure tasks in qliksense qmc for that we had setup smtp & port(got details from windows team).From qlik community i got one link and tried to implemet same (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2024/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployA...)  can anyone help me how to setup this?
