What properties will change Filter Pane Label/Background in theme

My dark theme is working fine until I try and add a filter Pane.

I want light text and I would prefer to lose that white line, or make it a more subtle color.

Also, the drop down text is dark on a dark background as well.

Unfortunately, there is no straight way to achieve this due to the current limitation. But I hope the below thread might helpful :

Thanks for linking that one. I actually had the correct property set in the theme all along, but I forgot to close an element above where I set that property, so it wasn't working.
